The way the program is set out doesn't really fit into how we program however we don't want to have 2 seperate softwares. Most of the features are set up with the needs of long day care in mind. Sometimes our needs in outside school hours care differ in the features we need. This has greatly improved in the time I have been using the software as the developers have learnt more about the differences in needs for different service types. The developers always take on board suggestions positively and implement suggestions in a timely manner where they can. > > I came on board in a service at the beginning of their OWNA journey. The way that the transition from the previous software to OWNA was managed was not ideal and there was a lot that I needed to clean up in the process. The support I received from OWNA through the whole process was incredible however.
